“ We've been here several times already, and Brewer Nutrition's version of avocado toast ranks right up there with the best we've had around the globe. Seriously! Let's face it, it's not rocket science to make this dish; however, the variations can truly be hit-or-miss depending on the chef. I mean, it's toast with smashed avocados spread over it! That said, one starts to up-the-ante with various toppings used (organic micro-greens; the types of micro-greens, if used; the olive oil used to drizzle the greens; if there's a sprinkle of salt, what kind of salt?; pepper? ditto; etc., etc. -- you get the picture). BN's crusty toast fits well with the creamy consistency of the avocado; a sprinkling of Everything Bagel seasoning; a spicy hummus drizzle (!!); topped with a variety of micro-greens. Devoured! And for $6.85, you can't beat that!! :D I'm not one for smoothies or shakes; however, my better half loves 'em!! Of course, if it weren't for the super staff, the food would mean nothing -- so we've lucked-out with both!!! :D If I were forced to give a "negative" it might be that it can get backed-up since there's usually only one gal (sometimes two) manning the ship for the most part. That said, we've been lucky there, too...! ;) ”

“ After searching Yelp! on morning for vegan breakfast food, Brewer Nutrition popped up and since we were only a few blocks away we decided to stop in. So glad we did. Since leaving Melbourne, Australia several years ago where they had incredible Avocado Smashes (toast), I have been looking for someplace in the states that makes a great Avo Smash. I can say I have finally found a place that has a pretty darn good one. Upon arriving each time we are greeted by a very friendly smile and 'good morning', no matter how busy they are. I have order the Spicy Avocado Toast multiple times now. From the menu: Spicy Avocado Toast $6.85 Toast made with sour dough bread, homemade spicy hummus, micro greens, and everything bagel seasoning. You can't beat the price and for some place this far from Melbourne, you can't beat the taste. The wait staff here are so nice and friendly. They know their menu and products and can help you through ordering if you need the help. In addition to the food, they have really good smoothies and bowls too. Mornings we are in the neighbor hood, we always drop in and have a avo toast. Cheers!! ”
